It's a young company that has been pretty quiet and focused on real tangible progress versus buzz in the press. The product speaks for itself and it just works. Top tier customers are not only knocking on our doors, but they are engaged to go into production. The people are some of the smartest folks I have worked with and there is definitely a can-do attitude.
Cons
The timelines are tight and people tend to have the workload of 2 or 3 people on their plate, but given where I am in life this is positive for me. The amount of work and pace made things seem like chaos at first, but some recent communication improvements and new people that have been hired are addressing this effectively. I have never worked in a company that aligns every Monday morning on what the priorities are

You cannot get any cooler than this product! A plush, pillow like ride in your car. Doesn't get much better. I feel honored to be a part of this team oriented environment working on an innovative technology that will disrupt the suspension market. Everyone here is doggedly committed to making sure we make it. There are really great events and the perks and benefits are also awesome. Soccer, BBQs, unlimited snacks, gym onsite, and a retreat in the winter to the Caribbean? Unreal! I would have never of imagined going on a vacation with my co-workers, but it is something I look forward to every year at Levant. The culture here is very warm and almost familial. I get to do great work that I am passionate about with a bunch of really great people.
Cons
It can get stressful when we are approaching deadlines, but not unlike any other company. The team is growing at a rapid rate, but for the most part, everyone has adjusted to our new larger size.

This company has a clear vision to building an impressive, industry changing technology. Passionate founders, strong exec leadership, experienced engineers, and very well funded. The CEO makes espressos for people sometimes.
Fun Silicon Valley work environment and the founders pay particular attention to aesthetic. Company takes care of us with free food and drinks. Very community driven culture. Spouses know each other, the yearly retreats keep us tight (as do late nights busting through engineering work). Social outings happen often after work and on weekends. Lots of mountain biking, basketball "knock out" during weekly BBQs, and after work soccer games.
Technology is in good shape and, while there is still work to do, it looks like it will make real headlines in the news when we debut the product. Very exciting time to be in the transportation and mobility business.
Cons
Things can get stressful sometimes; tight timelines, too many customers to handle, etc. etc. Same problems go for most companies that are dealing with "good problems to have." Levant is hiring a lot of people so there are growing pains with company wide communications. Nothing that leadership doesn't know about needing to fix, anyways.
