Decent leadership team. They attempted to build a desirable culture, however, the TA team didn't follow it.

Cons

Not much work, very slow, a lot of mindless/busy work for the recruiters. Not many placements for interviewed document attorneys. They recycle the same 20 core document reviewers for every project. No room for advancement, as all of the leadership are attorneys. Will expect you to always be available, with no work-life balance

Reasonable compensation Flexible hours Team leads and Review Managers reasonable people - feedback is helpful, not harsh- collegial experience

Cons

It's a document review position so if you want excitement you may be disappointed. It can be tedious.
