    Pros

    It’s a nice environment to work in, depending on the staff. Discount of 20% on everything, including sale items.

    Cons

    The wage and reward package isn’t the greatest.

    Pros

    My colleagues were amazing people and we all became a family very quickly, a great sense of team effort and nice rewards.

    Cons

    Pay is minimum and doesn't match the level of work done.

    Area management and upper management don’t understand difficulties at store level Underpaid Upper management think that poor merchandising/service are the reason for declining sales instead of poor quality of product vs competitors

    nice staff that are generally all young. they wanted young attractive staff

    Starting in retail is 7 euro an hour. Not fair for amount of work goes into job
