I have been working at Lifetime Training for less than a year

    Pros

Lifetime Training is a wonderful company to work for, they have been extremely supportive and trained where necessary. I would recommend Lifetime as an employer to anyone. They follow their DNA Behaviours to a key and have always put the employees first. They offer excellent flexible working and you will always receive great support from the management team.

    Cons

Do not have any Cons for Lifetime Training, they have been nothing but supportive.

Thanks for your feedback and your recognition of some of the things that we work hard to deliver for our people at Lifetime. We are currently working through our people strategy and reviewing all of our work streams to identify areas for development and enhancement. A number of these relate to the 'cons' that you have listed and therefore if you have the time and would like to elaborate further on your experience of these it would useful in helping us shape these for the future. I can be contacted at felicity.white@lifetimetraining.co.uk

Thanks for leaving a review for us. It is always helpful to hear from some of our long standing people and understand what works for you. It is really positive that you have highlighted how flexible to hours can be for our Trainers and I hope that you have found a way to make this work for you and your work/life balance. The role of Trainer is such a critical one for our business, our clients and our learners that, as you have indicated, can be stressful at times. However, we are dedicate to supporting all our people to manage these times. We have our employee assistance programme and our wellbeing coordinator and wellbeing hub which are accessible to you, but also having open and honest conversation with your manager and your peers is critical for you to feel supported.

I have been working at Lifetime Training full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexible working hours and a good work life balance . Salary is ok and managers are supportive . Lots of changes are made within the company for the better and I fee listened too .

    Cons

A recent change to Bonus structures has seen some staff lose 3K a year so Trainers are starting to leave . Hard to get promoted due to lack of opportunities

Thanks for your feedback, it is really helpful and I am, so pleased to hear that you feel supported in role and 'listened to'. I would be really happy to talk through the bonus structure with you to give you some context to the changes and how this structure should benefit our trainers in a fair and consistent way. Please feel free to drop me an email directly if you would like to talk felicity.white@lifetimetraining.co.uk
