      Great benefits but did not live up to their WE CARE culture - Management does not know how to lead

      benefits and the co-workers were great to work with

      All fluff when talking about WE CARE as their number core value, it sounds good but they don't go by it. Boy's club in management, they claim to want to elevate women but laid off a a bunch with the excuse of COVID, the company is already hurting financially regardless of what they say and used Covid pandameic to justify the massive layoff.

      Management (local and at corporate) drove it into the ground. Disappointing when you hear them say one thing, but do another. Had a massive 30% layoff at COVID19 start but business was performing poorly for several years prior to that. Not sure how a company can continuously perform so poorly in what was then one of the most robust economies ever.

      They are willing to pay market salaries

      Cons

      This is not a project management position. This is a 100% sales position. That was not made clear during the interview process. They boast a culture of “we care” but you are just a number on a spreadsheet and your only value is limited to the sales you bring in and they will treat you accordingly. They will also encourage unethical practices to close deals with clients even if it ruins the working relationships you’ve built. There are too many layers of management that all individually micro-manage. The culture is toxic, lots of backstabbing, undermining, and immaturity.
