Pros

None dude it's a scam, don't even apply here. If you're thinking about it just don't please cmon dude really

Cons

Literally the whole job is a scam. The incentives are fake and the job turns into a 60 hour week minimum wage fest while you push fake stuff on people at Home Depot

If you have had a negative experience with the Limitless, our apologies. Every position at Limitless is different and negotiable, and the base pay starts at no less than $12 per hour for everyone. We track all employee hours with timesheets, store logs, and daily gameplans to ensure everyone is paid the hours they worked. Please contact the Jenkintown office so we can look into any possible pay discrepancies if you feel as though you worked hours that you were not paid for. To reiterate: NO one is paid minimum wage at Limitless, nor do we grant overtime therefore no one in our company is working 60 hours per week.

Pros

I met a lot of really motivated people working for the company, so I was able to quickly attain employment somewhere else upon realizing the scam.

Cons

The company claims to pay $20/hr. It's $10 if you're lucky. On top of that you stand in Home Depot for 12 hours a day trying to convince people to sign up for cabinet refacing consultations with a designer, who never comes out to their home 60% of the time. They claim you make comission off of the leads you write, but only if the appointment happens, which it hardly does, because they don't send out the designers. They claim to promote you to management if you write a certain number of leads a week, which they don't. I was writing anywhere from 15-25 leads a week and never saw a paycheck over $350, which doesn't even cover the hourly wage they were supposed to be paying me. This company is complete crap. They play favorites. If you don't write a certain number of leads by Wednesday, they don't even let you work for the rest of the week. The "manager" Adam is never even in the office anymore. They say that they will pay you for a lot of things that never end up happening. Utter scam. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

We apologize you had a negative experience with Limitless. Please feel free to call the office with any paycheck questions. To be clear; Limitless does not pay anyone less than $12 per hour, for an Entry Level, no experience, position. (not including commission and bonuses). As far as Adam not being in the office; isn't that every entrepreneur's goal? But, in all seriousness, we have grown from 1 to 5 offices in the past 5 months. Adam is our President/Owner and we have only our most seasoned, trained, and prepared Managers running the office when our CEO has to be away on business. We base all promotions and strictly on merit. Finally, 15 people did not quit in one week. We now have 5 offices across the Northeast region, most of the individuals that left were relocated to these new locations. Hence, why we are hiring.

Pros

Its a great job if you like to work extremely long 6 day weeks for pay that is not worth the time and travel. Travel is 60 miles some days each way to sites with no gas re-imbursement.

Cons

The travel and immaturity of a good portion of the staff was definitely off-putting. The position is also a w-4 position. No benefits, no security, but if you like being lied to, then this is the place for you.
