By far and aware the most unethical company I have worked for in my 20 plus years in the business. My first week at the home office I was regailed with stories of cocaine fueled Christmas parties so bad the CEO was banned from coming around the office. After providing a ton of intellectual capital and proprietary information and being praised by employees I was told I was being let go after 6 weeks. Staff wrote to me telling me they were embarrassed. Owner is MIA, brother who is incredibly insecure with little industry knowledge runs day to day. Staff clearly suffer from PTSD and almost act as if they are held hostage. This is a terrible company on all fronts.
