Pros

There are a lot of things to like about working at Linkurious. The international team is filled with smart, curious people who are really a pleasure to work with. And even with Linkurious being a “hybrid” workplace, I still feel there is a sense of togetherness with the team. Linkurious offers a lot of opportunities to women, too, which is something that cannot be said of all tech companies. There is a real emphasis on work-life balance: it’s not something they just say to get candidates in the door. Folks work hard, but it’s also expected we take advantage of our paid leave. Finally, it’s really fulfilling to work for a company that has a lot of happy customers. Linkurious also offers its software to NGOs for free, which says a lot about the company values.

Cons

Nothing in particular that I can think of for now.
