You're out of college, looking to gain some good experience quickly while maintaining a good work-life balance. Office environment is great for that university to real world transition. foosball table. kegg. beer fridays.
Cons
no room for growth. good technical people, but really no management and no interest in a managerial layer. good for 2-3 years. very few stay for more - not necessarily a con. poor benefits.
