    Focus on women and bame Sharesave schemes and annual award Recent focus on moving sideways internally More digital and tech focus in junior staf Amazing training resources Some amazing inspiring newer younger non-lifer management

    Too many lifers and lifer teams kills innovation and productivity Focus on mental health and well-being is verbal but not demonstrated by real life line managers Seemed political not to get bonus when all out her banks did inc incoming CEO. Made £1.3bn awful not to after staff worked so hard

    Cons

    Little downtime on shift, stressful sometimes when dealing with security protocols and customer info, don’t get paid for being on a call after the end of shift unless it’s past 15 mins
