    Uncertainty about job security, changes all the time, love working here, its the best place to work.

    Extremely flexible and centrally located

    One of the most boring jobs ive ever had

    Advice to Management

    Try and mix it up for your colleagues rather than have them on the phone for 9 hours straight. People might stay in the job longer.

    legacy and bureaucracy; remember these things before apply

    I think, need hire perm. staff not use an agencies to produce a work (which they are not responsible for as, they don't care)

    Pros

    Good pay and benefits - private healthcare etc
    Travelling with work - business class flights and nice hotels
    Some really enthusiastic managers with passion.
    Quite friendly and sociable
    Most people are pretty nice
    Flexible working and working from home days
    Quite caring when I was hospitalised!

    Cons

    One of the offices in the City is a bit run down.
    Limited career opportunites if you are secretarial - you have to push to progress as you get pigeon holed working as a personal assistant.
    Training courses seemed to be limited.
