LBG offers working from home and flexible working hours which is great for work life balance.
Cons
Contractors aren't made to feel welcome by permanent members of staff. Seating arrangements are terrible, seated super close and sometimes not even finding a chair, power supply or even desk.

Flexible working arrangements are generally available.
Cons
They now treat contractors appallingly, used to be very good but terrible now, especially in Group Transformation. Poor quality middle management, imposed 3 day weeks and blanket assessment of all contractors as inside IR35 with no testing or appeal.

- Changes can be slow - Some may find the structured approach too restrictive - Very UK focussed bank if UK economy is doing well so does Lloyds however, if UK economy is suffering then Lloyds also follows suit
