    Pros

Flexible working arrangements are generally available.

    Cons

They now treat contractors appallingly, used to be very good but terrible now, especially in Group Transformation. Poor quality middle management, imposed 3 day weeks and blanket assessment of all contractors as inside IR35 with no testing or appeal.
