- Promotion is based on who you know instead of the work you do. - Family get given promotions first or if you are dating CFO’s daughter - Clear favouritism - People have been there for 8 years with no step up - They rather hire outside than give people the opportunity to move to other departments - Salary is incredibly low and bonus low too - Management are unsure about the processes themselves half the time - 50% of bonus is taken away if you call in sick - all out of work get togethers are on a Saturday. God forbid they let you take an hour off work to get to know each other more so they take it out of your own personal time
