Every other department besides the finance team were friendly and great.
Cons
The Finance team are incredibly rude, disrespectful, and discriminatory. They will not train you but expect you to know what to do, when you do well they will ignore you but if you make one mistake, the entire office goes into a panic and you will be villanized. DO NOT work here if you are neurodivergent, they will treat you so badly that you go into a psychosis and have to leave the role to save your sanity. They use out of date finance software from the 1990's and its damn near impossible to do drilldowns to find the information you want, and when you ask, they will either ignore you completely, scoff at you or setup a 'performance meeting'. They will also ostrasize you from the entire company, and the friendly people from other departments will feel too scared to talk to you. Im in therapy from the damage this job caused me. I came into the role so enthusiastic and ready to learn and be a super star in Finance... and I left with my esteem completely smashed to pieces and unable to move on with a career.
