      - Product has major flaws that make it very hard to manage customers - Management is inadequate in experience and don't fully understand the market they're in - Major layoffs

      - Really smart & brilliant people work at Locatee in basically every position - Great company culture, transparency, flexibility and feeling of belonging - Opportunities to take over responsibility - Very inclusive and diverse - Innovative mindset and future-relevant technology & application - Flexible work solutions - Great office & environment

      Cons

      - Sometimes, flexibility & workload goes both ways (it's a start-up) - View on efficiency & profitability can get a little bit lost - Salary is average, perhaps a bit below - While home/remote office is fully possible, the (financial) support for that model is basically 0.
