    Pros

Good salary, the best colleagues. The company gives what it promises, unlike several other brokers I've worked for.

    Cons

Some issues with management, such as the inability to reach them when required. Certain things never get done.

    Pros

Decent pay and work life balance. At that time very nice office in Mayfair.

    Cons

Some senior management members very difficult to cooperate with, their way or the highway regardless of outcome and result.

    Pros

The job pays the bills and there are some nice people working in the company

    Cons

A lot of management decisions seem not to make any sense and there are some moves done without any regard to the employees

    Pros

    The colleagues, close knit team.

    Cons

Chaotic management decisions, at least 2 rounds mass lay-off in under one year.

    Don't even bother

    Pros

Working from home during COVID and not having to be in that life sucking office. I reviewed work/life balance as 3* because while you have to be in the office, there is very little to do so you can sit there playing chess, on tinder, netflix. Whatever really! And the snacks are the highlight of my day (please see below)

    Cons

Management lack all people skills, try to sugar them over with snacktime. You aren't pulling any wool over any eyes!! Also you should pay your staff promptly and well for the meaningless work they do for you, don't be snide.

    Marketing Manager

    Pros

Very innovative company. Stays ahead of the curve in the trading industry despite difficult market conditions. The place to be for ambitious people. International team of experts.

    Cons

Required skills in marketing are above average. I don't recommend for beginners in marketing. The market is moving fast, and marketing needs to be reinvented on a regular basis.

    Strong Company with new management

    Pros

LCG went over a total renovation where most of the old staff was dismissed and new professionals are now on board. The brand and the site are new, together with all the digital people and activities. The process was long and a lot of people left but new management is very good. We have people from IG, Syntesis Bank and Saxo. In addition seem to be that the company will run online marketing from Israel, a country well known for their superstars in digital and in the financial industry. The office in Knightsbridge is wonderful! The office in the city was a total depression place. We all lucky that old CEO and employees were dismissed and new people took over the company. The bad quality results we see today, including the stock price going down, are the result of years of bad decisions and bad actions, years where the old CEO managed a public company like a farm. Finally a change. I wish all of us a bright future at the new London Capital Group!

    Cons

I can't really see cons at the moment. With all these changes and new employees is difficult to find problems. Stay tuned and will update in 6 months.
