Pros
I worked at Lone Rock for about a year and a half and it was one of my favorite roles! It's a smart team with diverse skill sets that essentially takes the best of the tech world and combines it with the best of the creative world. Excellent project management and alignment across the team. Competitive pay. Virtual environment, but the team makes sure to schedule in-person time at least a couple of times per year. Additionally, J.J. is a great leader that prioritizes the well-being of his staff and is always looking for new opportunities.
Cons
As with any small company of this nature, much is dependent on the projects/clients they pick up, which means programs can sunset and leave uncertainty about what's ahead. That said, J.J. is very proactive about this.
