I worked at Longview Independent School District full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Able to attend training for Continuing Education.

    Cons

Very racist district. The Superintendent and school board need to be replaced. All administrators go to the same church and are selected by race. Not qualifications. No discipline. No truancy officers. Teachers are not supported by the district.

    Advice to Management

Reverse discrimination and bullying by administrators should not be allowed.
