    good company to work for,, hours can be good, flexability can be good. higher staff can be good to work with

    easy to pick up on if we do anything wrong, dont get a lot of praise or recongition for good things. rewards for long service

    Advice to Management

    listen to emplyoees, give praise to staff more often. reward for people for milestone years eg 5 years etc
