-Singapore is a nice and easy city to adjust to -Great people, warm environment, people are happy to share their experience -Management and production cares about your welfare, recognises the necessity to adjust production time when needed. Top management's intent to change OT culture of the industry is working. -Some health and wellness benefits -Company is forward looking and makes effort to change for the better

-Tiny salary increments, artists who stay for long periods to not get rewarded as much as people who hop around -Company not really keen to promote people internally, need to try really hard to get people to recognise your contributions and push for your promotion -We usually don't always get the most exciting shots -Old pipeline and way of working, always have tech issues and requires many workarounds -Common for talented people to leave and not stay
