      Pros

      Positive team spirit. Everyone works with one or several partners. Different clients means wide variety of interesting tasks and projects. Overall, a challenging and very fun place to work.

      Cons

      For a small company, internal communications sometimes lags, but things are getting better. Management is trying to tear down the "walls" between account teams and generate more integration into additional projects.
