Pros

I have been working for Lunchdrop for 2 years now and I really like working for them. They are very respectful of their drivers and very dependable. I like that you have the flexibility of the days you want to work with the incentive of working all 5 days every two weeks with a bonus. They also offer surge pay bonuses.

Cons

I would like to see them offer a higher pay tier for employee loyalty/length of employment.
