Pros
Great for sucking money out of poor people and provide bad services Only good thing is you have good team members and everyone is talking about when to leave the job everyday
Cons
Bad working environment - stinky, dirty, stuffy, and ants everywhere Bad communication - Management do not know what they are doing and information is not passed to agents so every time when product details change, you will not even know after a customer calls up and asks you about it Useless hr - puppets of management Unethical - its UK not Asia here, stop bringing those Indian working ethics here You will not see any companies which are so unprofessional
