Cons
This company is incompetent and disorganized. Their principals are men in their 50's who behave like a high-school clique. They are vindictive, flaky, and unable to direct any real leadership. Furthermore, they are shady and are suspected of corrupt practices to help business obtain LEED certification and it is only a matter of time that a lawsuit is brought to them. Due to their failings, it is not likely this company will be around for too much longer. They also show their poor performance by the fact that they routinely let employees go only to ask them to come back and then re-hire them. Lastly, their benefits are a joke, and give barely any time off while requiring absurd hours of their employees. They mistreat their people and most clients who deal with them don't end up dealing with them a second time. MA Engineers deserves 0 stars if that was an option.
