      Poor systems and disorganization lead to A extremely toxic work environment where people are forced to blame each other. On one instance I heard a threat from production staff that he would punch me in the face. I complained to management and the person simply for a slap on the wrist. Hands down the most difficult and unpleasant Environment I have worked in. Exploitative and I wasGrossly underpaid. I was incredibly sad the entire time I worked there

      Bad culture, bullying, discrimination

      Pros

      Literally none. Culture is bad, management does not listen. They promote anti-bullying culture on linkedin by supporting pink shirt day, but HR and my direct manager did NOTHING when I told them I was being bullied for MONTHS.

      Cons

      I can't share too many details, but I had a horrible experience working here as a PM for 2 years. People are given special treatments including perks/benefits that others did not get. There are also very clear bullies. There is a 'click' culture there and if you do not get a long with the click, everyone will ignore you. I often went home most days crying. I was also extremely overworked at MAD, told my manager and HR many times, only to be ignored. It was probably the worst and most traumatizing experience to work at MAD. Management does not listen to you, nor does HR, no matter what you say. It's just all awful. There is almost zero growth potential also.

      If you are recent graduate then it is best work place to start your professional career. Great place to work
