Pros
I really liked working with the majority of my co-workers. The benefits and company perks were very good as well.
Cons
Management was less than ideal though. They cared more about their own bonuses than their employee's success. Some managers played favorites with certain employee's, giving them a free pass to make mistakes and covered up for them. Mismanagement of their own time, as well as employee time.
