Hillbilly management and regressive business practices

Pros

2 weeks PTO and Vacation Time

Cons

Uneducated mid-level managers run the entire organization; employee issues are not resolved amicably or favorably since there is no discipline for managers. Hostile work environment where employees are afraid to lose their jobs, and therefore, will not speak up. Management uses deceptive practices to recruit and retain employees by making false promises in regards to raises and accrual of vacation time. Good luck taking time off without a guilt trip. Only work here if you are desperate.

Pros

Opportunities to make friendships with co-workers and hospital staff. Off on holidays and manager would treat staff to lunch and breakfast on occassion.

Cons

This company is very disorganized. The integrity of the company left with the original owners. The new owners appear very greedy and really only care about the money which has resulted in a poorly managed company with a very high turnover rate. The leadership is laughable and they promote people who really don't know what they are doing because they can be easily taken advantage of. There is zero work-life balance. You are penalized for using your sick days. This company had a lot of potential, but greed definitely got in the way.
