The policies all have different meanings from how they are written. Internal staff are not offered the same salaries as external hire even though they do the same job

The company encourages transfer between departments. Work culture is not bad in general, there is progress in the business overall.

Cons

transfers first need approval from your manager. In my case, my manager didn't let me go and therefore I couldn't even apply for the vacancy. Also, if you're working for a brand, yearly bonuses are subject to brand performance and is therefore not guaranteed. In my experience, the brands that have a driven work ethic, perform and pay the best. When the company decides to cut costs, you only find out that morning when you get a memo and are expected to take an immediate action.
