      Pros

      Learning a lot about the industry. Senior leadership at Envolve is strong.

      Cons

      Manager within the department needs better leadership skills. Shows favoritism between two employees within the department and her guidance on deliverables are very unclear. Her personality is off and on and you have to be cautious of how and when to approach her. Unfortunately, upper management is not aware of her poor management and social skills.

      Good hours, good benefits, and pleasant coworkers

      Cons

      Worst senior management ever! The workload is at many times overwhelming due to low staffing. Training is only 40% accurate, when you go on the work floor you realize that most of the material is outdated or incomplete

      Low pay, micromanaging, management expects you to work hard with low pay. Supervisor do their own personal work and talk with their family while at work.
