Other reviewer totally correct- they hire the best of the best to do the most basic roles, glorified admin, and junior staff are not treated as equals. Worst line management I have ever had by far, no mandatory training for line managers and it shows. Don't expect to be paid well, developed or challenged. No talent management. Workplace culture from the dark ages. I know colleagues and ex colleagues who have been brought to tears/left the service/been bullied or had job opportunities taken away because they had a difference such as neurodiversity, a medical condition or a rough time in their personal life. The cherry on top is the Official Secrets Act preventing anyone from speaking out and an ineffective internal HR team unable to hold employees accountable for their behaviour in case they go to the press. It was terrible, I am so glad I'm out.

*mis-sold the job - completed over-hyped - glorified admin! *From my first day there was NO work given - too many staff hired and NOT ENOUGH work!!! *The WORST line manager I have ever had. They do not train Line Manager to line manage!!! *HR don't do nothing about the rigid structure, poor line management and lack of work.

Probably the worst place I have worked. Staff are treated really badly and all management think theyre above everyone else. HR team are useless
