During the interview, the owner was extremely rude and condescending. This should have been a red flag. I believed I wouldn't be working directly with him so I let it slide. I was very wrong. He is sometimes overly involved to the point of micromanaging. Not only that, there is no trust and you have this underlying fear that you could be fired at any time for something small. They don't build employee confidence.
Huge lack of communication and a lot of shady business going on. While they pay for you to get certified with Salesforce, its because they need to have a number of certified employees to be a Silver Partner on the AppExchange. Once an employee became certified, and they got what they needed, they would let you go.
