      Pros

      Easy afternoon only shifts. Good mix of slow and busy. Never too difficult or stressful. Flexible scheduling. Friendly coworkers (including management).

      Cons

      Low pay. Better than food service but pays less. Not much chance to learn about other departments.

      Pros

      Drama-free office - people get along. Management very fair, respectful of personal life. Beautiful facility. Excellent programming, an important part of the community. Excellent benefits, if you are full-time.

      Cons

      Small staff means everyone gets to try a lot but growth potential is limited. Pay is somewhat low compared to similar organizations. Many jobs are part-time.

      Not mentally hard nor too physically demanding

      Cons

      Poor management, long hours, short breaks, not allowed a water bottle on your person in the galleries, mind numbing, lots of standing and doing nothing.
