Definitely not as bad as I was told... Highly Skilled Lighting leads and CG Sup. Great set of Tools and software used in production, the Pipeline is getting better and better... Great shows to work on. Great HOD past and present. Good Coffee !

Short Contract for decent salary. Longer contract only when you accept a low salary...extension are always setup or canceled last minute... You need to be on the golden list or you just don't exist.

It was my first job in the industry. Like any job, it has good and bad points.

They do reward hard work. I was a junior when I joined, but because I worked hard I was trusted with higher priority assets. I understand some people might not want to work hard to be given assets they think they already deserve, but for a recent graduate it was great for me to jump from the most boring task to one of the most important on the screen.

-Very short contracts. 2-3 month extensions, which were always extended on a very late notice - sometimes within the last week. -Work is given to artists based on their title, not the quality of their work or skill. There were many cases I witnessed artists struggling with a task because co-ordinators assumed they could handle it because they held a senior position. -Very low salary.
