      Pros

      I've really enjoyed working with my team here in Las Vegas! The people I work alongside day to day are genuinely great; collaborative, supportive, and make coming to work enjoyable. The role has given me good experience in IT support and customer service in the hospitality tech space. Good opportunity to learn and grow in a fast paced environment. Great place to build foundational skills in a growing industry.

      Pros

      Supportive and collaborative team environment. Opportunities to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. Management is generally approachable and open to feedback.

      Cons

      Rapid organizational changes can create shifting priorities. Wish we can work a hybrid schedule, but I understand as we grown, in office presence is important.

      Pros

      The office is located in the World Trade Center, offering incredible views. The workplace provides coffee and tea, as well as bagels on Mondays and pizza on Fridays. The vending machines are consistently stocked with a good variety of snacks. The location is very convenient, with excellent access to multiple train lines, making the commute easier. Additionally, coworkers and partners contribute to a positive work environment, they are supportive and willing to help. There is always work to do, which keeps the job active and engaging.

      Cons

      The position is fully in-office Monday through Friday, with no option for remote work. Depending on the department, I think some level of flexibility or hybrid work could be beneficial.
