Pros

Great place to understand what not to tolerate in a workplace If you want to learn scam skills and don't care about future growth, go for it

Cons

This is not a law firm. It is a scam operation hiding behind a legal label. From day one, staff are misled with false promises of career progression, training, promotions. These promises exist purely to extract more billing and compliance. The moment you stop overperforming, you are treated differently and pressured harder. Employees are valued solely on revenue, not legal ability or ethics. Managers rarely do real legal work. Complex cases are pushed onto overwhelmed junior paralegals with no support, while clients are charged premium solicitor fees. The firm had around 100 staffs and only five solicitors in total which is a serious red flag for supervision and compliance. The firm treats Certificates of Sponsorship as a commercial product, effectively selling them at extremely high prices. Many sponsored individuals do not genuinely work for the firm or are barely present. This is widely known internally and is deeply unethical and potentially illegal. There is a clear shadow structure. The director on paper appears to be a shield, while the real decision-maker operates behind the scenes driving questionable practices without accountability. Management is extremely young yet presents itself as senior authority without the qualifications or competence to justify it. Unqualified individuals routinely bluff clients, presenting themselves as qualified professionals in order to close cases and secure payment. The working environment is unacceptable. For months, staff were forced to work amid constant drilling, construction noise, dust, heavily paint smell. Complaints to HR were dismissed and gaslit with comments such as, “Why has no one else complained but you?” The firm’s previous named QCL, was shut down by the SRA. The same patterns continue under a new name. Many five-star reviews appear to be forced by management or by the managers themselves. Be smart to identify the real one!

Pros

There were a few genuine and nice people who were mostly paralegals

Cons

Everything, management is toxic, passive aggresive, with delusional expectations that have no self-respect. They create a fake facade of professionalism while they were closed down by SRA already twice. The real CEO is hiding in a shadow like a rodent dodging bullets and finding other people to be the CEO on companies house. The work they do is so unethical and poor quality. I am surprised that MSR is still open. I hope not for long.

Pros

• make you risk your own professional reputation by asking you to solicit client, breach of SRA regulation • insanely high monthly billing targets, if you do not meet you will be fired. Billing targets are x8 more your monthly salary lol • vanishing act of the boss! Not found on company website or on company house... dodgy. He goes by a different name now too. • do not care about clients although they gaslight you into thinking that's all they care about. So many clients get lost in the system because everyone leaves.... • say they care about clients and helping society but really all they care about is profit! • No benefits with the job, no sick pay! Have to take it as unpaid. No overtime pay. • Manager cared more about billing target than quality of legal work, you do not get to learn how to be a good lawyer but rather a good SALESMAN

Cons

Nice office and met some lovely colleagues who shared the same resentment to working here!
