    New management came in and made everyone redundant. Profit reigns, employees are not valued.

    Pros

    Flexible office hours, direct access to senior management, central office location, nice canteen and many rooms to book meetings throughout the day.

    Cons

    below industry benchmark salaries with little to no opportunity for progression, HR are less interested in assisting members of the company than they are at doing what management tell them to do. They appear to be more concerned with not making promises they cannot deliver than sorting genuine concerns before good people leave the company.
