      Pros

My work colleagues make it more tolerable. "Perks at work" is an added value but no one will actually tell you about it

      Cons

Pretty much everything else. Management have no idea what they're doing. Often seen running around but with very little clue or confidence in their actions and when you actually do need them they're nowhere to be found. Since the new year there seems to have been a lot of change for the sake of change, probably so they can fire some people and save a bit of money because they're doing so poorly with very few guests coming through but put the blame and pressure on the lower level staff. Talking to staff that have been here for multiple years (including security), the thing you'll constantly hear is how much better things used to be. Staff aren't looked after and neither are guests. It's all a front. Every small perk taken away. A canteen where you can get a nice warm meal for a good price. Gone. Parties to celebrate the staff and pick up morale. Reduced and now you need to pay to attend. Even small things such as plastic plates and a cold water Despenser were taken away.

      Cons

      - Always busy, constantly dealing with a huge number of visitors can be overwhelming - Not enough training before starting the job, I was thrown in the deep end and had to learn on the job
