      Pros

      You can be ignorant, and arrogant and become a boss. They really think their something.

      Cons

      Good old boys with low technical aptitudes. A grossly true misunderstanding of what they really do in the field at their Tulsa Head Office.

      Pros

      Magellan is a good company to work for. Good compensation and annual bonus, plus they have a traditional pension plan, which is rare these days.

      Cons

      Since Magellan was spun off from Williams back in late 2003/2004, there are limited career opportunities for growth, given that many employees took 2 or 3 levels of demotion to stay employed.

      The employees on shift are great to work with.

      Cons

      Management has lost control and the confidence of their employees, Absolutely no safety culture, huge disconnect between the employees and all management, mandatory on call when on 7 days off, there is no training program so employees must learn on their own, there are managers but no leaders, promotions is a buddy system,
