Pros

No pros whatsoever. Only good for 10th passout students. Who want pocket money. As one can't expect any salary beyond 7k from this bpo.

Cons

Company is purely a topical BPO where you've to be on call with customer for 8hrs. Target based work. Very low salary. Company won't accept resignation. You've to abscond if you get opportunity somewhere. Poor , hungry and greedy people work here. Only go there if you are not graduate and want to earn for pocket money.
