There will be no proper update about anything like leaves, holidays, Appraisal, logout timeings, etc... Sometimes they will force to work upto 7pm which will be 11&1/2 hour shift everyday there will be delay in logout upto 30mins for minimum, along with this there are some restrictions once you enter the bulding you should not be able to leave till logout Should not talk to coworkers while working Should not take a small walk even in the same flore Should not ask for allavences if you did you will be fired. They will change there rules every time and force you to act accordingly what ever may be the consequences, One for the main thing is taking leaves if you want to take leaves you need to inform minimum 1 month before then they will think not garenty, if it is emergency leave they will not even consider that even if you ready to submit all the proofs, if we say that it was an emergency simply they say plan on weekends. If you plan something in weekends also they will spoil by extending for extra 1hour if you have train/bus to catch they will not consider not only for male employees even for females also If you have planed something on holidays they will be ready to destroy that. There will be a lot of pressure and continuous stress of work Work life balance is literally zero. 6 months back it was an work from office job in office they only provided food for 2 times by deducting 2000rs in salary, that food was amazing every day there will be Cockroachs and other insects in the food, if we complain they don't listen if we do repeatedly they will change food vendor for 1 week again back to normal. From 6 months they changed to work from home model to all employees even for management team to reduce office rent and other expenses they provided desktop to homes and said Internet and food allowance will be given later declined all the climes, and forcing us to install UPS system in our home by ourselves with 15000 salery how can a employee afford that along with Internet & power charges, for asking that they fired some employees by saying stupid reasons. Some of my colleague worked for 6 years and got fired because of they are too expensive for company which is 30-35k per month with PF& ESI, while they got fired they didn't had any PF savings and thay ruined there career with no proper experience letter which they gave is useless they didn't informed earlier also.
