Pros
Never felt so valued before in a work space. I have been working at Managed Technology for over 5 years now. Management and Directors have always been so approachable, they listen, they do what they can to be supportive, always checking in to see if there is anything else they can do to support us. I can honestly say I truly adore all my colleagues from each department. Its a delicious blend of different personalities that form together to make the perfect combination.

Amazing atmosphere, everyone will help you out with anything. Always find a solution as a team.
Cons
Although the company is growing which is great, this comes with a few policy kinks which need to be ironed out and conflicts of opinions
