I worked at Management Development Institute of Singapore full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Sadly can’t think of any

    Cons

Toxic management, political environment extremely poor company culture, they demand and expect from a lot from you as an employee but fail to give decent staff welfare and benefits ( they take from you but don’t give). Extremely long working hours, the bosses think you are committed in your jobs when you work beyond the usual working hours or working through the weekends. The management always claim its staff at... fault or wrong hire but they don’t reflect on themselves if the issue lies with them when the turnover rate is exceptional high, they run the company like a military camp!

I have been working at Management Development Institute of Singapore full-time

    Pros

Learning facilities, fast dynamics, and good staff who have been here for quite some time. They stay on because of passion.

    Cons

High ups should review HR policies and change the head who lacks HR knowledge. High ups should seriously look after the welfare of the staff. So many good ones had left the organisation.

    Advice to Management

Unappreciative Lacks motivating factors here, seriously. Very low salary, poor staff welfare & staff trainings.

I have been working at Management Development Institute of Singapore full-time for less than a year

    Pros

This is a place can train your endurance well. if you can handle people and work scope, procedures here well. There is no job that you can't handle any more

    Cons

Long working hours, 6 months to get confirmation, bosses could scold you just because can't reach you after work hours or during weekend. Many unnecessary around the office like: must check attendance; can't wear slippers working within your work space (which is from your desk to the internal toilet); can't eat breakfast after 8:40 (start work hour) but they could hold you at the meeting from 10 am to 2 pm over... your lunch time to scold you about the revenue numbers (which happens twice a months. The management make the full decision, if the project is successfully, thanks to them, but if it it's not working -> it's your fault. Take forever to payout commission, but very easy to minus your salary (tab card out from work 3 mins earlier). You are recruited as a sales but paper workloads are same as a admin guy, meeting and writing memos take 50% of your sales time.

    Pros

Good Colleagues Near MRT Free Shuttle Services from Queenstown

    Cons

Long Working Hours; 8.30pm to 6.30pm! Lunch Hours: 1-2PM. Ridiculous company policies! If you are sick for more than 6 days, your AWS will be pro rated! Seriously they don't care about staffs, all they care is numbers and money.

    Advice to Management

The entire Management Team need to be replace, otherwise they will forever stuck in their old way of doing things which obviously don't work anymore .
