RecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Manchester Airports Group full-time
Pros
If COVID hadn’t happened I would still be there - but we all know the devastation caused by COVID to the aviation industry. Very good salary, excellent terms and conditions and no two days were the same.
Cons
Very stressful at times, dealing with up to 40000 passengers a day (before COVID) and having to explain the civil aviation rules over and over again to people who won’t listen whilst smiling and trying to be as pleasant as possible!!

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Manchester Airports Group part-time for more than 3 years
Pros
The people you work with are generally nice
Cons
You're just a number to management and resources. Management are prejudiced and unfair. There's so many grievances taken out and negative workplace gossip by management, highly inappropriate. You're worked like a dog given breaks after 4 hours. Resources give you shifts with 11 hours between them even though you work nights. This company is corrupt.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Manchester Airports Group full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
“Some” Colleagues & Managers, Decent Break Lenghts, Free Tea & Coffee, easy system for booking leave, Free Parking & Shuttle Bus
Cons
Some Bad Managment, Job Description Is Misleading, Training Support Poor,Outdated Training Tools, Only follow rules when it suits and make there own rules that they think can overrule UK LAW! Managers who think they know it all but are still wet behind the ears! DONT have any days off sick or you will basically be working that month for free by the time they’ve taken back wage & shift allowance! The Company like to believe your part of the MAG “family” but During the Covid Pandemic, Staff took a 10% Pay Cut, Whilst the CEO only took a 10% Cut for 3 MONTHS!!!, I’m sure he could have survived like the rest of the colleagues who took a years pay cut!!
