  • Friendly customers, very friendly staff and management (in 5 reviews)

  • Really enjoyed working there, great atmosphere on matchdays (in 5 reviews)

Cons
  • long hours sometimes which was very tiring and hardly ever got a break and if there was a break it would only be 15 minutes (in 5 reviews)

  • Sometimes I was required to start earlier than usual and could not always make it on time due to no public transport (in 5 reviews)

    Spend time at the club if you are a fan, or if you thrive of meeting other fans and working in hospitality.

    Cons

    Very poor supervisors, very long hours, poor pay for the work.

    Pros

    You get paid good plus is suitable for students, they don't require experience as "training" is provided.

    Cons

    You basically starts working with little or no training so you get confused sometimes and they expect you to be professional at it, overall can't complain you still get paid.

    Generally young, hard-working people and a good atmosphere to work in. Perfect flexible work for anyone studying

    Some managers have poor people skills and just come across as patronising

    Treated like donkeys for minimal
    boss employs all his friends in top job's instead of recruiting from within.
