I worked at Manchester United part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    -Casual contract so flexible shifts.
    -Opportunity for non-match work.
    -Weekly Pay
-Fun, laid back working environment with the opportunity to meet lots of people.

    Cons

-Non-match work is also quite seasonal
-Not much training so sometimes you work with incompetent people and have to pull their weight

    Advice to Management

    Invest more in training.
