  • Friendly customers, very friendly staff and management (in 5 reviews)

  • 05 an hour for all part time staff, therefore staff who are 16 will be getting way above their minimum wage (in 5 reviews)

Cons
  • Sometimes I was required to start earlier than usual and could not always make it on time due to no public transport (in 5 reviews)

  • long hours sometimes which was very tiring and hardly ever got a break and if there was a break it would only be 15 minutes (in 4 reviews)

    - The atmosphere
    - Your colleagues
    - Good pay
    - Straightforward protocol

    Cons

    - You can feel like just a number, given how many staff they have for matchdays
    - A serious amount of people you'll never know or get an opportunity to

    Organise more events for the staff to socialise away from work

    The friends you make at old Trafford

    Cons

    Treated like donkeys for minimal
    boss employs all his friends in top job's instead of recruiting from within.

    Advice to Management

    Take better care of your workers. Casuals especially.

    You could call in and tell them you won't be able to make it work
    Some genuine nice people
    Get paid on time

    Cons

    Terrible Pay
    Lack of any training
    Terrible management and supervision

    Spend more time in training kiosk assistants.

    It was fun , you met a lot of new people. The hourly pay was pretty good and the managers were alright.

    Cons

    long hours sometimes which was very tiring and hardly ever got a break and if there was a break it would only be 15 minutes.

    Pros

    Relaxed and fun environment. Lots of flexibility. Uniform is provided every season for free (Official MUFC training gear). 20% Staff Discount. Currently £7.05 an hour for all part time staff, therefore staff who are 16 will be getting way above their minimum wage. Take on a lot of students and young staff. Great race bonus each month based on the amount of hours you have worked. End of season holiday pay.

    Cons

    Zero Hour Contract. You may struggle for shifts in the quieter months as it is only mainly busy during school holidays public holidays.
