Well known brand/name, opening the door to other opportunities.

    Cons

After an initial 3 day boot camp, there is no substantial in branch training. Lack of any real investment in new talent, despite claiming to have a great grad scheme. It doesn't work. Fly or fire mentality.

I have been working at Manpower full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Generous basic pay & good benefit package (flexible benefits with some great options) and remote working for those that want it

    Cons

A real lack of clear leadership & direction since the February restructure. Promised investment (technology, training, advertising), strong leadership & a well thought out structure - none of which have materialised. Disappointing to see Manpower go downhill so rapidly. A lot of unhappy whispers in the branches.

    Advice to Management

The current aloof management style isn't working - get in the branches, talk to the consultants like you promised in the conference earlier this year!
