      Pros

      When an assignment is set to end they immediately get to placing you in another position by your end date.

      Cons

      No benefits until you’ve invested several hundred hours. No paid holidays until you’ve invested several hundred hours. Low pay offers for your experience and they don’t really offer to fight for higher pay.
