      Misleading and manipulative

      Pros

      The management only concentrates on the eyewash and misleading information, the fact about pathetic job security and women’s safety will be revealed gradually. This is the reason the organisation always concentrate on the night shift, whereas as per the nature of the business which is a non-voice process there is no requirement to work in shift. Job can be terminated within notice, without pay and without any documents, so they will ensure your career and survival is destroyed.

      Cons

      Please be aware of the positive reviews posted here are all manipulative, nowhere in the industry with 200 -300 strength within a day 4 positive reviews can be posted, all the postings are done by the management themselves in-fact they have tried to justify the point particularly related to women’s safety/harassment which is a prove it is been posted by them, Therefore anyone can guess particularly girls what can happen to them if they fall into the hand of such exploitative manipulative management working for the whole night with them. But be assured even if you are ready to compromise your self-resect there is no job security, once they are done with you without a notice you are out of the company.

      Box full of Hypocrites

      Pros

      Salary is very low, no fixed day of salary however somehow they manage to provide it. There are separate departments like HR , Accounts but you need to keep pushing your level best for a simple work. They pretend to be employee friendly, till you can ignore all the cons and keep buttering.

      Cons

      No management studies. Operation Managers use slang and abusive language on floor. Blame culture , you need to meet your target every day basis without proper instructions and support. Most of the computers are down, you can't even work properly ...but you have to meet your target. AM are there to judge you at every step but they can't judge themselves and most of them can't even form a correct sentence in English. MD is a good person but most of the time he stays abroad and things go like that only.

      It was a Nightmare

      They provide salary on time.

      Cons

      Being a female I got harassed tremendously at this place . The person from top most management wants to take the advantages of girls and I received verbal indecent proposal from him . Ii was just a nightmare for me and the environment is also not at all healthy . No transport facility for late night working employees.

      Glassdoor is an independent platform where all individuals have the right to express their experience. However, the comments you made are very concerning. At, Marble Box there are about 60 female team members who are presently working. Till date, no such incident has ever been reported. We also have a POSH committee & it was not mentioned to them as well. Many of them have rejoined and are working mother. We will request you to please send your complaint to the organization in detail. If you feel that the organization will not pay heed to this and they will be biased. Our earnest request you to engage government agencies working on this line so that you are given justice & take legal action against Marble Box. However, in case, your claim is found to be untrue and malafide in nature then Marble Box will take all necessary steps including Legal action for defamation & bringing bad repute to the organization & its members.
