Poor pay, thrives on cheap labour, mostly from Poland, cameras in workshop, power hungry managers cracking whips. Constant staff turnover. Rock bottom morale in workplace.

If you like overtime there is plenty. Some team leaders are good.

Long hours, mind numbing work. Factory floor is a bit chaotic. Dull lighting, hard to concentrate. Clicky workforce, bullying going on. Had to leave, it made me ilI lost 2 stone in weight in 4 months.
