      Pros

      - Brilliant pay - Challenging work - Great work life balance - Team are engaging, open and really friendly - Comprehensive training resources Overall, I'd say it's the ideal working environment and the perfect place to begin a career in Software Engineering.

      Cons

      Only thing I can think of, that some people might not like, is that the job title is Technology Consultant rather than Software Engineer.
