    - Nice food in the canteen

    - A lot of stress to keep up good appearance expected of M&S
    - Had very basic training, then expected to know what to do straight on a busy saturday morning.
    - Long, unsocial hours.
    - Too many managers.

    Every Benefit Has taken cuts in many ways

    Too much management in the stores

    Retail is changing and the high street is failing so in the face of adversity we should come together but they push us apart

    lack of awareness in regards to what the customer wants

    Be an active listener

    get out onto the shop floor and attend to the customers the consumer has a demand that we don't attend to
