    Cold all the time Long hours Very tiring for late around the holidays and on busy periods If you are on a temp contract even if you're great they might let you go if their preferred hours for you to work change and you cant meet them to a T

    loyal store employees, generous overall package

    Cons

    Toxic head office environment - many people paralyzed by fear and terrified to make decisions. Very hierarcical. Store conditions terrible in places - employees fearful for their jobs.
