    equal pay regardless of age supportive of studies and somewhat flexible

    none really... customers can be a little entitiled sometimes but usually have very good interactions with lovely regulars

    Some managers would delegate tasks unnecessarily, leaving an staff member who wasn't able/trained to do a task properly struggling

    Good wage, good perks such as 20% staff discount, shifts as short as 4 hours

    Cons

    Like any work place some managers may be difficult, getting holiday requests accepted was very uncommon due to high demands
